The 1st project of Agropolitan Clinic is the idea of turning water hyacinth into compost/ green manure. This technology takes benefit of water hyacinth weeds population in Limboto Lake by manufacturing green manure. So, the society around the lake can take benefit of these water hyacinth weeds to fertilize their plants. Consequently, this technology is able to overcome problems as well as initiate new enterprises chance for coastal area society of Limboto Lake.
In April 2006, the 1st SOZO production begins. In August 2006, the inaugural product named SOZO -4 by the governor and pohuwatu regent, is tested on cow s wound and proves an excellent result.
On the 2nd 7th September 2006 in Pontianak , Agropolitan Clinic fills gorontalo in Exhibition of Effective Technology and the West Borneo society responses it positively . As a result, the governor suggests the brand SOZO added by FM ( the initial letters of the Governors name or it could be Manggata Formula) to be authenticated. There are four different kinds of SOZO FM.
SOZO FM-1 Agriculture, natural feed supplement for agriculture
SOZO FM-2 Aquaculture, natural feed additive for aquaculture
SOZO FM-3 Poultry , natural feed additive for poultry
SOZO FM-4 Ruminantia , natural feed additive for ruminant
The package of 10ml / 200 drops, which is sprinkling dosage, is the smallest, simple, cheap, and easy to apply dosage. The Idea of 10ml packaging is caused means and infrastructure. Therefore , a big packaging ( more than 500ml/ a bottle) won t be competitive to be sold in Java, The biggest market. By using this method, we are confident to enter Indonesian market with competitive price.
On the 8th November 2006, The Gorontalo governor accompanied by West Borneo governor, Mr. Usman Jafar , is having a visit to West Borneo to have a look an SOZO FM-4 Ruminantia application unto goat cultivation .Furthermore , they have a great opportunity to taste the delicious satay and curry SOZO goat , honey orange , Pontianak Orange , Golden river longan which are using SOZO FM-1 Agriculture .Moreover , Mr. Muchtarudin Sei Purun in Pontianak Regency casts indigo fish using a closed-system in turf pond area .He is using a method so-called FISH CULTIVATION WITOUT BUYING WOOF and also SOZO FM-2 Aquaculture in his plantation.
Next is on the 30th December 2006, a try-out is done to beef cattle consuming SOZO FM-4 Ruminantia for 6 months .It is resulted as follows; improvement in the quality of beef flavor, the lost of putrid taste of putrid taste, tender texture, white-colored fat , clean-white colored tripe of ruminants, the cow s organs in a good shape.
In January 2007, a report from Margery, Mr. David s son, he tries to take SOZO FM-4 Ruminantia in order to heal his heart disease. Margery s disease causes the heart beats too fast, exhaustation , nosebleed , disability in doing sports , and many things related to his school activities .Many times , this diseases along with its effects makes Margery feel desperate with his health . It causes tremendous response and connects to valuable colleagues; moreover, it creates a marketing partnership with PT. Corona Prayitna.
After that, there are several important visits being held. Firstly, a visit to East Java where we present a presentation in farming service, East Java Province Government. Secondly, an open-field visit in Pemalang , Central Java , along with our partner PT.Corona Prayitna , applying SOZO to red-chili, strawberry and cow . Thirdly, a meeting is in Lembang , Bandung ; farmer as partner of PT.Corona Prayitna .As a result, in 14 days , the demand of vegetable to be exported to Singapore increases very high . It is caused by the great quality of vegetable using SOZO and better taste after managed to evolve the endurance of preservation. Now, vegetable using SOZO has become the markets favorite.
In April 2007 , SOZO team accommodated by PT. Corona Prayitna presents a SOZO presentation in front of Riau Province and Kampar Regency Local Government .In the Following Month, a momentous visit of Kampar Regency to Agropolitan Clinic , Gorontalo , followed by the validation of MOU in cooperate between Gorontalo Governor PT. Corona Prayitna CV .Harvest Gorontalo Indonesia ( SOZO) in the Office of Gorontalo Governor.
On 15th May 2007, located in Mawar Sharon Restaurant, there is a meeting with Gorontalo Governor dealing with victims of various diseases, testimonies who have been healed after taking SOMAN .That meeting is attended by SOZO Gorontalo team, Gorontalo Governor, PT. Corona Prayitna Jakarta. In that event, the head of Bureau Gorontalo POM, Mr.Yamin Lahay, elaborates about SOMAN healing pattern.
On the 3rd August 2007, the inaugural harvest of hybrid corn with SOZO technology on dry and critical field is attended by ex-minister of economic enterprise / the chairman of Dekopin , Mr. Adi Sasono , and Gorontalo Governor. The harvest reaches 7, 8 tons/ acre. There, they also see corn integration pattern, cow a la SOZO in which the corn waste used to feed cow, then the cow s manure is applied directly on the corn field . As a result, the compost production is no longer efficient. This kind of pattern is an effort to confront bio farming era in 2010.
On the 29th August 2007, we are having a SOZO FM-4 try-out towards import cow from Australia Brahman Cross in PT. Lembu Jantan Perkasa ( PT. LJP) . The try out is started with 33 cows with average weight 320 kg/ cow, whereas the controlled cow with the same treatment except SOZO FM-4 has average weight 350 kg/ cow.
In the first 30 days, it is shown that the growth of the controlled cow is better only 10% than the SOZO cow .How ever SOZO FM-4 treatment cow shows the woof waste doesn t produce any bad smell.
Evaluated on SOZO FM-4 treatment cow, there are 2 sick cows with ADG result below 0, 3 kg/ day ( the other s ADG > 2 kg/ day) , on the 6oth day, these cows are already cured and show a balanced growth with another cows.
On the 60th day, the weight scale data shows the growth performance is decreasing ( which is normal) . As a comparison, the controlled cow s ADG is 1, 6 kg/ day and the SOZO FM-4 treatment cow s ADG is 1, 7 kg/ day.
At the time of butchering; the 80th day, the re-weighing is done. It is shown that the controlled cow s ADG decrease until 1, 5 kg/ .day meanwhile the SOZO FM-4 treatment cow s turns into 1, 675 kg/ day with balanced carcass at 51% 53 % .
At the final time ; on the 90th day, it shows a significant difference in which the controlled cow s ADG only 1, 2 kg/ day meanwhile the SOZO FM-4 treatment s cow ADG turns into 1, 615 kg/ day. Furthermore, with the contrast less than 0, 4 kg/ day carcass at 52% - 55% , the great taste of beef even without any spice, tender textured which is more or less the same quality of imported beef.
To prove this excellent result, on th 1st December 2007, Mr. Dr. Ir. Fadel Muhammad ( FM) comes to Bandung to witness SOZO FM-4 treatment cow s slaughtering and evaluates the try-out result. It is proved that ADG 1, 6 kg/ day is managed to be attained, with more economical woof, better quality of beef and the most important thing is lubricating cow ha a new bright hope with the competitive cost.This try-out is witnessed by some invitations from lubricating cow company, feedlot association, practician, researcher, press, butcher and local breeder. Everybody tries the beef without any spice in our local favorite food, satay. On the top of that it is a win-win solution. Every is happy and everybody is win.
